My role is to help you slow down enough to notice what’s really happening beneath the noise, the coping, and the overwhelm, and to work with it in a way that fits you. I draw from an integrative mix of approaches from Gestalt, Humanistic, Psychosynthesis, Creative &amp; Expressive Arts, CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy but the real work happens in the space between us: in the moment-to-moment honesty, curiosity, and awareness we build together.</image:caption>
