The space between where you are and where you want to be, that’s where our work begins.

Life doesn’t stop for us to catch our breath. We move from one demand to the next, often losing sight of what we need, what we feel, or who we are beneath the doing..

Therapy offers time to slow down and make sense of what’s happening.

Because real change starts the moment we stop skirting around the truth and start naming what’s real. That’s where growth begins.

Working Together

Every person arrives with their own story, pace, and way of being. There’s no one-size-fits-all map for healing.

My role is to help you slow down enough to notice what’s really happening beneath the noise, the coping, and the overwhelm, and to work with it in a way that fits you.

I draw from an integrative mix of approaches from Gestalt, Humanistic, Psychosynthesis, Creative & Expressive Arts, CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy but the real work happens in the space between us: in the moment-to-moment honesty, curiosity, and awareness we build together.

What you might be facing

You don’t have to have it all figured out to start.

Whatever brings you here, therapy can help you reconnect to your own clarity and capacity — the parts of you that already know how to navigate life’s ups and down

Therapy can help with:

  • When your mind feels full – Anxiety, racing thoughts, burnout, decision fatigue

  • When your heart feels heavy – Grief, loss, loneliness, emotional disconnection

  • When relationships feel hard – Conflict, communication struggles, repeating patterns, parenting tensions

  • When identity feels uncertain – Career change, self-doubt, new parenthood, “Who am I now?”

How we work

Sessions last 50 minutes and can take place in person or online. Some clients come for a few focused sessions; others choose longer-term work as they deepen their self-understanding and integrate new ways of being.

Together, we’ll find a rhythm and approach that supports you best.

All sessions are held in a confidential, supportive space that adheres to the IACP Code of Ethics.

Taking the first step

The first step is a free 30-minute discovery call — an informal, confidential chat to see if therapy with me feels like the right next step for you.

You can ask questions, share what’s brought you here, and get a sense of how I work.

You don’t have to have the perfect words. Just a willingness to begin.
