Online therapy offers the same depth, honesty, and collaboration, just from the comfort of your own space.
Whether you’re at home, at work, or on the move, we meet in a confidential, secure setting that allows you to slow down, reflect, and explore what’s really going on.
The work remains the same: making sense of your experiences, finding clarity, and supporting you to live in a way that feels more real and more you.
How much does therapy cost?
Therapy is an investment in you, your clarity, your wellbeing, your growth.
Before we begin, I offer a free 30-minute Chemistry Check via Zoom, a relaxed, no-pressure conversation to see if we’re a good fit to work together and to answer any questions you may have.
If we decide to continue, one-to-one sessions (online or by phone) are €80 for 50 minutes. Some clients come weekly, others fortnightly — we’ll find a rhythm that suits what you need right now.
It’s important that therapy feels like a supportive, collaborative commitment, not another pressure on your list. Together we’ll work at a pace that feels sustainable and right for you
