Designed to give mothers increased levels of confidence and skill in their ability to negotiate and manage their return to work transition, after maternity leave. Tools to help mothers prepare to go back to work both practically and emotionally. We will explore the common challenges faced by many women around self-confidence, which includes holding difficult conversations and clarity around what the balance is that they are striving for.
Includes four coaching sessions and an individualised coaching plan. It also includes e-mail support between sessions.
